Portrait in Progress
I thought it may be interesting to show a work in progress. This is a large, almost full figure portrait on canvas of my daughter, Sarana, who is an artist and potter. The photos show the underpainting stage - monochromatic and high contrast - and then lead onto the colour overpainting.
